Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all rentals and services provided by the Company. By making a reservation or renting a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The renter must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 2 years. An international driving permit may be required for non EU licenses. The Company reserves the right to refuse a rental without providing a reason.

3. Reservation and Payment

A reservation is only confirmed after payment or deposit has been received. Rental prices are shown per day unless stated otherwise and include standard insurance. Additional services and extras are charged separately.

4. Security Deposit

A security deposit is required before the start of the rental period. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and will be blocked on the renter’s credit card. The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided no damage or violations occurred.

5. Insurance

All vehicles are insured with a standard coverage. The renter remains liable for damages not covered by insurance, including negligence, misuse, interior damage, lost keys, and traffic fines. Optional insurance upgrades may be available.

6. Vehicle Use

The vehicle may only be driven by the registered renter unless otherwise agreed in writing. The vehicle may not be used for racing, drifting, off road driving, subleasing, illegal activities, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7. Mileage and Fuel

Mileage limits may apply depending on the rental agreement. Any excess mileage will be charged. Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. Refueling costs may apply if this condition is not met.

8. Delivery and Return

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges. The renter is responsible for the vehicle until it has been fully returned and inspected by the Company.

9. Damage and Liability

Any damage, loss, or mechanical issues must be reported immediately. The renter is fully responsible for damages caused during the rental period that are not covered by insurance.

10. Fines and Violations

The renter is responsible for all traffic violations, fines, tolls, and parking fees incurred during the rental period. Administrative fees may apply for handling fines.

11. Cancellation

Cancellation policies depend on the booking type. Cancellations made within a short period before the rental start date may not be refundable. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

12. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if these Terms & Conditions are violated. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

13. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for rental and administrative purposes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the Company operates. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts.
